Our stickering campaign is ongoing, so if you would like to participate in this most democratic form of free expression, please sign up at the bottom of this page!

We are leading a co-ordinated action to post freedom stickers in public spots coast to coast. We have printed 150,000 high-quality, weather resistant stickers and distributed them to teams across the county to post at a high density on public property in key locations in each city. 

This is a great opportunity to meet up with like-minded people in your area, to help change some minds, and to show that our freedom family is a force to be reckoned with. 

Right now we are looking for volunteers in two capacities: City captains who will help organize volunteers for their city and plan the ideal locations for maximum impact; and volunteers who will be able to help place stickers. Please sign up using this form to let us know if you can help. 

City Captain Info

In each town or city being stickered, captains should identify streets with plenty of foot traffic, ideally where lamppost advertising is not uncommon. In larger cities, these will be central pedestrian/restaurant/shopping areas. In smaller towns, this will likely be the “old town” or “main street” part of the town. In fairly rural areas, it might make sense to do the main street of one town and then move to the next and repeat, rather than stickering outlying areas.

To maximize impact, we will want to sticker these areas at a fairly high density: stickering both sides of the street, on lampposts or traffic signs maybe 10 meters apart, gives a sticker density of about 200-400 per km. This will ensure that most people in the area see our messaging.

A group of 5 people can easily do one kilometre of road at this sticker density in under an hour.

When placing the stickers, you should try to do the following things:

• Place a variety of stickers, facing both ways
• Place some of the stickers fairly high up, say a tall person’s reach or a short person’s reach from a small stepstool. This will make teardowns more difficult, so the stickers last longer
• The smoother the surface the better - glass and metal are better than concrete, which is better than wood
• Any government Covid advertising (get your booster, vaccinate your kids, etc.) is an excellent place for stickering
• Sticker on public property only: lampposts, traffic signs, bus shelters, government buildings
• An exception to the "public property only" rule could be campaign offices for unsympathetic politicians. 

When placing the stickers, remember not to do the following:

• Don’t obscure the message of traffic signs
• Don’t put stickers on personal or business private property

When planning your stickering, do it in a group and make a day or half day of it. Stickering is fun once you get into it, distributing our message and showing that we exist. You will likely find that people approach you with compliments and thanks, possibly asking for stickers or to help out in some way. Even in downtown Toronto, I have received far more positive comments than negative ones.
